Cottage Lake Elementary PTA

This February 10th from 6:00-9:00pm, join us for the Winterfest Dinner and Silent Auction - a famiy friendly event including dinner, dessert, silent auction, crafts and activities for the kids.  To make this event a success, we need YOUR help with auction procurement!  First step:  register for the event now (using the winterfest link on the toolbar).  Second Step:  Figure out what you plan to contribute!

This year we are creating grade level baskets - please bring any of the suggested items into the office by January 20th - take advantage of all the holiday sales to find good deals on things to add to the baskets!  The grade levels baskets are as follows:


CLC/Preschool/PreK:  Arts and Crafts

Recommended items:  Foam kits, moon sand, finger paints, shrinky dinks - anything crafty!


Kindergarten:  Family Cooking Night

Recommended items:  cookbooks, measuring cups, baking pans, spoons, gift certificates, hot pads, aprons, Trader Joes G/Cs


1st Grade:  Family Games/Puzzle Night

Recommended Items:  Sorry, Headbands, Uno, Go Fish, Scrabble, etc.


2nd Grade:  Outdoor Fun

Recommended Items:  Nerf, sports, water sports, hula hoops, bocce ball, croquet, etc.


3rd Grade:  Movie Night

Recommended Items:  Popcorn, movies, gift certificates, candies, serving bowls, etc.


4th Grade - Restaurant Night

Recommended Items:  Gift cards to Red Robin, Washington Pizza Company, Mongolian Grill, etc.


5th Grade - Drinks and Sweets

Recommended Items:  Coffee, tea, candy, Sees Chocolates, Starbucks, Panera, gift certificates, etc.

 


6th Grade - Gift Cards

Macy's, itunes, Eddie Bauer, Target, REI, Game Stop, etc.


Also, if you or anyone you know has items or services to donate, please use the following procurement letters when donating! (class baskets do not require these forms).  Big or small - please consider donating!  Need ideas?  Try:  weekends at your cabin or timeshare, items from your company, handmade crafts, wine, electronics, sport tickets, theater tickets, lessons (what can you teach?), new toys, offer a basket of fresh veggies from your garden, host a poker night, offer a horse ride, host a spa party, host a cupcake party, pet sitting, gift certificates, car washing (by a 6th grader?), handmade cards, etc.  Cash donations are appreciated as well - including employer matching!  Turn in your item between now and January 20th!
